What methods of payment do you accept?
SGF Global accepts PayPal and Google Checkout. We can also accept AlertPay and personal/ Bank cheque's with prior arrangement! Please contact us if you have another method of payment and we might be able to assist.
Do your Products have Warranty?
SGF Global products are sourced worldwide via multiple suppliers! All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. However your product may have up to 12-month warranty depending on the supplier. Please contact us for full details.
My product has a problem. What can I do?
Our suppliers have their own quality control processes, but we don't only take their word for it! Sometimes things can wrong. That’s why we back all our products with up to a 12-month warranty!
If, unfortunately, the product you bought from SGF Global seems to have a problem, please find below the details of how we can help you.
What to do...
1. Always contact us first. Provide your order number and the product code and details. Also include the nature of the fault if known. The more information you can supply the more we can help clarify what the problem is.
2. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory. In the case of more complicated products such as Car DVD Players or Security Camera Systems we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.
3. If the problem cannot be fixed you will need to request a RMA (Return Material Authorization). SGF Global will send you instructions at the time it is required.
NOTE: ALL warranty returns, shipping costs, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser NOT SGF Global.
Are there any Import Taxes or Conditions?
Our product pricing includes shipping! Please note, when applicable, All Import taxes and laws are the SOLE responsibility of the PURCHASER! However if you have any questions please contact us and we may be able to provide any necessary advice and assistance about importing to your country!
IS there a Customs requirement?
All imported goods are subject to Customs clearance in every country. When you buy SGF Global, the goods can be sent from Different Countries. Therefore you are importing, and you are the importer responsible for the goods when the goods pass through Customs in your destination country. According to our general terms and conditions, you may order anything you like from SGF Global and we will fulfill your order, but it remains totally your responsibility to find out in advance if the products are permissible to import into your destination country, and if so what clearance requirements, taxes, policies etc apply in that country. SGF Global cannot and will not offer advice or pre-shipment information on Customs issues in any regard.
